PallaPalla (aka ParaPara)
Palla Palla is the most playful and cute member of the Amazoness Quartet. She likes playing with dolls, wants to ride Pegasus, and like all of the quartet would much rather play than look for dream mirrors. But despite her cuteness, she can be a very evil villain. If you don't believe me, just watch her pull off her dolls' heads... She comes closer to finding Rini's dream mirror than anyone else in the quartet when she had Sailor Moon and Sailor Mini Moon trapped in her dentist's office, and she was the only person to ever think of looking at more than one person's dream mirror at a time.
I like PallaPalla because she's just so cute, and yet has those moments of psychotic evilness, too. And she has blue hair! You just have to love people with blue hair!
Mythology
PallaPalla is named after Pallas Athena, the Greek goddess of war and wisdom. PallaPalla's name really does fit her personality. She may not act smart, but she has some pretty good ideas, like taking out more than one person's dream mirror at a time. (Why do things like that never occur to any other evil villains? Hmm?) As for the "war" part, that doesn't really fit as well, but she's a villain and she fights the Sailor Senshi, so that must count for something.
Color
PallaPalla's color is blue. (As if you couldn't tell...) Blue is generally associated with water. Blue is also a connection to Sailor Mercury, who shares PallaPalla's characteristic of wisdom from Pallas Athena.
Asteroid
Pallas is the second largest asteroid, discovered in 1802.
